Senior technology consulting
I clarify the problem, identify constraints and turn it into an executable roadmap for projects that need direction and prioritization.
I help companies turn business challenges into clear, implementable and sustainable digital solutions, combining commercial perspective, technical direction and hands-on experience delivering software, CRM, integrations and automation in production.
My contribution is not limited to coding or to a single platform. I join projects to organize decisions, translate goals into viable solutions and support implementation until it produces real value.
I clarify the problem, identify constraints and turn it into an executable roadmap for projects that need direction and prioritization.
I translate requirements into architecture, scope, integrations and sustainable technical decisions, using Salesforce when it adds value, without being limited to it.
I support implementation, follow-up and iteration so the project reaches production well and remains strong enough to grow.
My trajectory combines consulting, software development, Salesforce specialization, e-commerce and integrations across projects built to solve real operational, sales and growth needs.
For ten years I co-founded and led a consultancy specialized in Salesforce. That stage gave me real experience in pre-sales, service definition, offer building, project management, team operations and direct technical execution.
I have designed and implemented native and custom solutions on force.com with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce DX, Flow Builder and automation tools aimed at scalability and commercial operations.
I have worked on sales channels, marketplaces, electronic invoicing, internal systems, payments and integrations using Ruby on Rails, PHP, Java, JavaScript and relational databases, always in scenarios where operations could not stop.
My experience spans front-end, back-end, databases, cloud infrastructure, methodologies and documentation. That allows me to participate with full context, from analysis to later system evolution.
I do not offer only development hours. I offer a mix of judgment, speed of understanding and execution capacity that helps make complex projects much more governable.

These questions help clarify the kind of support I can provide in projects that need more judgment, structure and execution.
No. Salesforce is an important specialty within a broader background in software, integrations, web architecture, automation and technical continuity.
Yes. I can organize scope, decisions, follow-up and execution when a project needs more technical direction and less improvisation.
In initiatives where business goals must be translated into a viable solution, systems need to be integrated, technical decisions need to be unlocked and delivery needs support through production.
Yes. I can join ongoing projects to organize context, review architecture, support implementation and help recover direction when progress has become confusing.
I am available for conversations about technology consulting, technical leadership, integrations, automation, Salesforce when relevant, and software projects that need more structure and less improvisation.
